One to one Personal Training ensures that you get the maximum benefit from the time you invest in exercise and allows you to receive the attention and focus that gets results.

 

I work with a range of people with different goals and challenges. What is it that you want to achieve? Listening to you is an important part of what I do.

 

My Functional Fitness approach starts with an assessment. This provides important information for planning your exercise sessions and helps with monitoring your progress.

 

Some people feel the benefits of having Personal Training on an on-going basis, others will see me for a number of sessions and then go away with an exercise programme that they can do at home. They will then return to me periodically to have their programme updated.

 

Others will use Personal Training to build their functional fitness and confidence so that they can join the small group exercise classes.
